Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about our bathroom restoration work.

We currently take on bathroom restorations only: demolition, fixtures and cabinets, tile, flooring, and painting. We don't take on kitchens, exteriors, roofing, or damage restoration (such as water, fire, or mold damage). Installing toilets, sinks, showers, or bathtubs also needs plumbing work. Plumbing and electrical work is not included in our online estimates; if your project needs any, it will add to the cost, and we'll tell you who will do it, how it will be priced, and whether your job needs any permits before any work is agreed. We do not currently hold a contractor licence.

Our labor is priced per item. For example, cabinet installation is $60 per cabinet and bathroom flooring is $5 per sq ft. Materials, permits, and any applicable taxes are separate. For a price, call us or use the Contact page; your actual price is confirmed with you after we see the job.

No. The chat is an automated tool with scripted replies (not a person and not AI). Its estimate is based only on the measurements, counts, and choices you enter, plus the assumptions it lists with the estimate (for example, that wall area is measured to full height with no deduction for doors or windows). It covers labor only and excludes plumbing and electrical work (including the plumbing needed for any toilets, sinks, showers, or bathtubs you list), which will add to the cost if your job needs it. It is not a quote, offer, or contract. Nothing you enter in the chat is sent to us.

It depends on the size of the bathroom and the work involved. We'll give you an expected timeline once we've seen the job.

Materials such as quartz, porcelain tile, and luxury vinyl plank generally resist stains and moisture better than many natural alternatives. We're happy to talk through the trade-offs between durability, appearance, and upkeep with you.

Often, yes, since the work is limited to the bathroom. We'll talk with you upfront about access, noise, and safety, and about using another bathroom while the work is done.

Yes. We can restore your bathroom within its existing layout. If you'd like layout changes, ask us and we'll tell you what's involved.

We don't advertise a standard warranty on this website. If you'd like a warranty, ask us before you agree to the work, and make sure any warranty terms are given to you in writing.

See our Privacy Notice. It explains what we collect, how long we keep it, and how to ask us to access or delete it.
