Who we are

Eddys Remodeling is a Utah limited liability company that runs this website and the business (“we”, “us”). We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice. This notice explains what personal information we collect through this website and when you contact us, how we use it, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to access or delete it.

What we collect

• When you contact us. If you email, call, or text us, including by using the form on our Get a Quote page, we receive your name, phone number, email address, the bathroom work you're interested in, and anything else you choose to tell us, including in any voicemail or text message you leave. The form itself does not store or send anything: it opens your own email app with a message to us, and we only receive it if you send it.
• When we prepare a quote. If we prepare a quote for you, we record the property address and details of the job (such as room measurements and fixtures) in our internal quoting tool.
• The chat assistant. The chat on our home page is an automated tool with scripted replies. It runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it, and any estimate or PDF it produces, is not sent to us and is not saved by us. The one exception is live product prices: at the end of an estimate that includes Kohler products, your ZIP code and the model numbers of the products you picked are sent to our pricing service, which looks those products up on Home Depot's website at the store nearest that ZIP code. Nothing else from the chat is sent, and the service keeps each ZIP code's prices for no more than a day, not linked to you. If you choose “Contact Us About This” after an estimate, your browser carries a summary of the estimate and the products you picked to our Get a Quote form for that visit; it reaches us only if you send the form. Your bathroom design (your answers, the room layout and the products you picked) is also kept in your browser on your own device so you can pick it up later. It is never sent to us, and you can remove it with “Forget it” when you start a new estimate, or by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Cookies, analytics and third-party services

We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising pixels, or other tracking tools on this website. Your browser remembers your light/dark colour theme choice on your own device; it is never sent to us. Some third-party services still receive basic technical information (such as your IP address, browser type, and the page requested) when you visit:

• Vercel hosts this website and may keep server logs. Vercel privacy policy.
• Google (Gmail) provides our email service, so emails you send us are stored by Google.
• Our phone service provider carries calls and texts to (385) 356-8733, so it handles your phone number and any voicemail or text message you leave.

The fonts and the PDF tool on this website are served from the same place as the website itself (Vercel), so loading a page or exporting an estimate as a PDF does not send your information to a separate provider.

Your browser's “Do Not Track” setting does not change how this website works, because we do not track visitors across websites.

How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare your quote.
• If you hire us, to carry out and manage the work, and to keep the business records we are required to keep.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising. We share it only:

• with the service providers listed above;
• if you hire us and someone other than us will do part of your job (for example, plumbing or electrical work), with that person or business, and only the details they need for that work, such as your name, phone number, the property address, and the job details. We will tell you who they are before any work is agreed; and
• where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that don't lead to work (in our email, any voicemail or text messages, and any quote we prepared for them in our quoting tool): we keep them for about a month after our last contact with you, and then delete them. We delete them by hand, so nothing on this website deletes information automatically.
• If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for the work and any records the law requires us to keep. We have not yet set a fixed period for customer records.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner, at any time (see below).

Access or delete your information

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it. This includes homeowners whose property address is in a quote we prepared. To make a request, email eduardo.moroni77@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request”, or call (385) 356-8733. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request (for example, by contacting us from the email address or phone number you used before, or by confirming details of your enquiry). If we have to keep some information by law, we'll tell you what and why.

Children

This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page with a new “last updated” date.
