About these terms

These terms apply to your use of this website. Eddys Remodeling is a Utah limited liability company that runs the website and the business. These terms explain how the website, our online estimates, and our published prices work. They are not a contract for any job: the terms of any work we do for you are set in your written agreement with us. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

Our services

We currently take on bathroom restorations only. Information on this website is general and is not a promise that we can take on any particular job. Online estimates do not include plumbing or electrical work. Installing toilets, sinks, showers, or bathtubs also needs plumbing work, so if your project includes them, or needs any other plumbing or electrical work, the cost will be higher than the online estimate. We do not currently hold a contractor licence. Before any work is agreed, we will tell you who will do the plumbing and electrical work, how it will be priced, and whether your job needs any permits.

Prices and online estimates

• Our published labor prices include $60 per cabinet and $5 per sq ft of bathroom flooring. Prices may change; the price that applies to your job is the one in your written agreement with us.
• Estimates from the chat assistant on our home page, including any PDF you export, are automated, rough, and non-binding. They cover labor only and are based only on the measurements, counts, and choices you enter, together with the assumptions listed with each estimate. They exclude plumbing and electrical work (including the plumbing needed for any toilets, sinks, showers, or bathtubs you list), materials, permits, and any applicable taxes, all of which will add to the cost where your job needs them.
• An online estimate is not a quote, offer, or contract. Your actual price is set only in a written agreement after we have reviewed your project in person.

The chat assistant

The chat on our home page is an automated tool with scripted replies. It is not a person and not AI, and nothing you type into it is sent to us. To reach a person, call or email us.

Warranties

We do not offer a warranty through this website. Any warranty on work we perform applies only if it is set out in your written agreement with us.
